Considering 2019 cut off it is difficult to get seat in NITs in B.Arch. Based on previous year cut off in round 7 you may have chances of getting seat in Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur in B.Arch the cut off for EWS category was 2689. To get admission for b arch in Tamil Nadu, you have to take NATA exam and yes, you should apply for TN barch counseling.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list prepared based on their NATA score plus your class 12 scores. You will have to upload class 11,12 marks, NATA score and pay TN counselling fee.
You will get offer from college based on merit list prepared.

based on your score, it will only be helpful if you have home state quota. here are NIT campus you can try for home state quota:-
Previous year maximum cutoff is 2k-2.5k. your rank has to satisfy current year cutoff to get into NIT campus.
you can apply for SPA campus which will be also one of the best option for BArch. You can also try for BIT mesra.
