See With the rank which you have provided , you may not get any NITs/GFTIs as per previous trends in JoSAA counselling. The Cutoff for these institutes usually hangs between 400-800 ST Rank list
Meanwhile it is advised to you to also fill up state level counselling forms like Of Chhattisgarh, Orrissa,punjab etc and other private institutes which accept jee scores for their admissions like SRM, Manipal,LPU,CBS ,CCA etc.

KCET counselling date entirely depends upon your particular rank in KCET entrance. Counselling procedure of uploading documents and verification has been already started from 7th of september and it will end on 1st of october . During this time period there are different date slots for different rank holder candidates , like for rank 1 to 2000 the date sot was 7th and 8th october . There are also separate slotes or dates for categories like NCC, sports, defence, ex-defence, scouts and guides, CAPF, Ex-CAPF and Anglo-Indian category candidates.
