Yes, if you have written both the exams (B.Arch and B.Planning) separately, you will get separate results for both the exams.
Based on the past years' trends, result for B.Arch and B.Planning is expected to be declared after the results of the B.Tech exam. However it is NTA's choice , it may declare all the results together.

you are expecting 200 out of 360 which is 55.5 % of total marks. Percentile depends on lots of factors. Percentile is calculated as how you performed in the exam and what is your score out of all the candidates and how many have score below your score and above your score. After all these analysis , percentile is given.
Rank is based on your score and number of candidates ahead of you will be the main factor to increase or decrease your rank. The more you score in the exam , your rank will decrease for sure.

You have no reason to be worried if you have submitted the drawing sheet with all your details. Even if you have forgotten to mark the questions as " Mark as Answered ", your drawing sheet will be evaluated if you would have provided the necessary details like Name, Roll Number etc. and submitted the drawing sheet without any mistake.
