JSS Institute of Speech & Hearing is situated in Mysuru in Karnataka state of India. Established in 2001, it is accredited from AICTE and it is affiliated to University of Mysore. JSSISH.
Baslp is a three year course.Theory and Clinical work plus 1-year Internship full-time course Offered by the University of Mysore, Mysore.
The Placement Cell and provides the students with the internship facilities in 4 year of graduation to help them develop the skills they have learned. They also provide with job opportunities to the students.

You have not mentioned the college name.Without such information i cannot provide you the fact of presence of hostel in the campus or not.However there are various colleges which provide you with BASLP course along with hostel facility.One such college is AIISH in mysore.In this college the hostel provided is good and also provide you with good food.There are several colleges for BASLP in kolkata too.

Yes, PGIMER, Chandigarh, has Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP). It is a 4 Years Full Time Course. The total fee structure is Rs. 3460. The Placement is also good here and the average salary is Rs. 4.5 lakhs/year.

Postgraduate in audiology & speech language pathology can work as lecturers in medical colleges. Graduates in audiology and speech language pathology can practice in hospitals in the department of ENT, pediatrics, neurology, rehabilitation medicine, speech and hearing centers, hearing aid industry, child guidance center, etc. They can also practice as independent audiologists.
Those have a doctoral degree in the above field can be a part of human resource development at different training & research centers.
Diploma holders can assist audiologists and speech language pathologists in schools of hearing impairment, mental retardation etc.
Speech therapists are also required in reputed hospital like All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). After acquiring degree in relevant field, speech therapist can also open their own clinic.
Most of the speech therapists work in public schools. You may either work on healthcare setups like at hospitals or work at NGOs, nursing homes. You can also work on your own rehabilitation and private practice setups.

After completing baslp course you can work as a Audiologist,speech language therapist,Rehabilitation and hearing aid specialist.
a Baslp graduate can practice in hospitals and other related organizations like child guidance centers, speech and hearing centers, and hearing aid industries and can practice as individuals as well. For example-
Auditologists and speech language therapists can practice in hospitals in department of ENT,pediatrics, neurology, rehabilitation medicine, speech and hearing centers, hearing aid industry, child guidance center or work independently by opening their clinics.

The course is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.The aim of the programme is to make students competent by making them learn basic diagnosis skills and treatment of patients with speech, language and hearing disorders. BASLP is Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. It's a paramedical course which comes under the Rehabilitation Council of India.
It is not at all compulsory to pursue masters after completing your UG from BASLP. But doing a Master's Degree or any other higher study will help open up more better lob projects. Like Master in Public Health nowadays is a very good course for various health related professionals. MPH after BASLP will be a good decision as you may relate to your course and will be easy for you to cope. Public Health sector has a broad scope.
But it's totally up to you to pursue PG degree or not.
