BASLP- Bachelor's In Audiology And Speech-Language Pathology lets you work in rehabilitation centres, nursing homes or in hospitals under ENT, paediatrics or neurology department. The initial salary in India for this post is around 5 to 10 thousand per month which increases upto 40,000 per month with experience.
B.Optometry- It is a 4 year course after which you can be an optometrists, ophthalmologists or Optician. In India you can earn upto 9 to 10 lakh per year with experience in the field (also depending on whic hospital you work for).
BASLP is Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. It's a paramedical course which comes under the Rehabilitation Council of India. It has first been established in the ‘All India Institute of Speech and Hearing' by the Central Government.

BASLP stands for Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. This professional course is also known by the name of Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Therapy. It is a 4 years long undergraduate level professional course.
BSc Nursing is a four year course which is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. This course focuses on reinstating health and providing care to the sick.
As you can see both are 4 year courses. If we come to salaries, the starting Salaries of each are also almost the same from 3-4 LPA. These salaries vary according to your position but sometimes salaries in nursing are lower.
So it also depends on which institute you choose and their placement opportunities.

To become a BASLP doctor you need to complete your BASLP degree in any college that offers this course. It is a three years course with one year internship.
Most of the government as well as private colleges rely on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score for admissions into Bachelor of Audio and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) degree course.
Some private colleges also have their own entrance examinations for admissions into this course. Ex: Manipal.
Further more you can even write AIISH exam to get admissions in All India Institute of Speech and Hearing for this course.
