If you want to appear for CAT , you must complete your five years of your course or when you will be in last year you can appear for CAT.

Bharati Vidyapeeth University is good deemed university for law. The total marks of this college entrance examination is 200 and you got 78 which is not so high marks dear. Because for admission the score 170 to 190.and your rank 303. So it's quite difficult to getting chance in this college. You can try another law college dear.

Yes, you should definitely apply for BBA LLB in MIT-WPU and there is strong possibility that you will get admission there. Their admission based on merit basis and students apply their after giving CLAT and MHCET. You can take take admission with your MHCET rank as well.
