Symbiosis College releases three merit lists, if you have been waitlisted 96 in merit list 1, then it might decrese upto 20-30 in 3rd merit list, but chances of getting cleared are low. I would suggest you to keep some other colleges as your backup plan, in case this list does not get cleared.

According to the previous year records, waiting list with 200 stands a very low chance to get cleared. It might decrease to 50 upto 3rd merit list, but has almost no chances to get cleared. Yes, through CLAT examination admission, you can definitely get admission  in BBA LLB . Actually through CLAT admission in 5 year integrated LLB is provided like  Ba LLB, BSc LLB ,BCom LLB ,BBA LLB etc.
