See the basic difference between Hons and General is that you will learn the subject in depth.
For BBA LLB hons as per the BCI prescribed notification, you will have 36 papers over the period where as in BBA LLB you will have 28 papers. This deviation of 8 Papers will be significant for your knowledge in the sector more on the subject.
SO if you want to learn in detailed about the subjects and want to explore the subject in depth then BBA LLB Hons is the course for you. But if you want to get a generalized view of the subject then go for BBA LLB. Both courses are great but BBA LLB hons can be more helpful as you will have better knowledge in the subject than other which can help you to get jobs in corporate sectors very easily.
Some of the preferred exams for the course are:
1.CLAT (Common Law Entrance Test)
2. AILET (All India LAW Entrance Test)

The core difference between BA-LLB and BBA-LLB is the difference in the subjects combinations with law, BBA-LLB is more about combination of management studies and law unlike in case of BA-LLB which is combination of art subjects with law, hence this is more suited for working in corporate world and the main reason for this is your fundamentals in terms of understanding of the domain you will be working in will be strong enough, other than this more or less the opportunities for law graduates remain the same as in terms of appearing for judicial exams, or even appearing for government exams such as UPSC, state PSCs, SSC CGL/CPO, CDS, Railways recruitment for graduates, even in banking sector apart from the post of generalists there are also specialist post pertaining to law which you can apply, to know more details regarding this, visit our page as mentioned below-

Hello!
Yes, a BBA LLB graduate can defend criminal cases as there is no special degree to be involved in being a criminal lawyer. You need to join a criminal attorney, work with them, learn all the procedures like dealing with a client, court work, then you are ready to start defending criminal cases on your own.
