Hii There,
As per the guidelines set by the BCI (Bar Council of India), individuals who have successfully completed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply for a three-year LLB program. If your ambition is to become a criminal lawyer, you need to pursue a "Bachelor of Laws (LLB)" after completing your 12th-grade education in the commerce stream. The LLB program has a duration of three years, and after completing it, you have the option to further your education by enrolling in a Master of Laws (LLM) program, which typically spans one to two years.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanking you
You have not mention the name of the college about which you are asking this question about bachelor of commerce. I am giving below a link by clicking on which you can get the list of all the colleges and universities which offer bachelor of commerce in India:

Hii there,
Amity University outperformed GD Goenka University in four key aspects: Overall Rating, Work-life balance, Senior Management, and Positive Business Outlook. On the other hand, GD Goenka University excelled in three areas: Diversity and Inclusion, Career Opportunities, and the likelihood of being recommended to a friend. In two areas, Culture & Values and Compensation & Benefits, both universities achieved similar scores.
Since, GD Goenka has better career opportunity. So, I'll prefer GD Goenka over Amity Noida.
The Common Admission Test (CAT) is the most important component to get admission in any of the elite MBA college. In order to get admission, you must obtain a good percentile in the CAT. However, even scoring a high percentile in the CAT will not give you a guarantee to get an interview call subject to the condition that you belong to the reserved category or diversified academic background.
MBA colleges give consideration to a number of factors while giving an interview call. These factors include CAT score, Class 10, Class 12, and Bachelor's degree marks, work experience, academic, and gender diversity, etc. Your first priority should be to clear both the overall and sectional percentile.
If you obtain more than 85 percentile in the CAT (assuming you are a general category candidate), there is a good chance that you will get a GDPI shortlist from some of the good colleges. However, even if you score 99 percentile in the CAT , this will not mean that you will get a confirm Interview call. Therefore, the CAT score is not the only criteria but is one of the major criteria for admission.
The marks obtained by you in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation, your work experience, academic, and gender diversity will play a major role in getting a shortlist for the WATPI process and during your final selection.
