After BCOM course you are mostly eligible for the Accountant related job roles. Now as you have learned the Tally course, it would add some benefit in getting a job role of accountant. The payment of accountant in the starting isn't that good. If you are in Metropoliton cities, then also you can expect salaries ranging from Rs. 20k to 25k at starting. With, gaining experience you can always switch the companies and that way you can increase your salary. So getting a job with a salary of Rs. 30k to 40k at starting, isn't at all possible in general.
