As the ongoing pandemic has devastated everything but it will take some time to get everything back to position. If you are in your final year then wait for some time, the exam will be conducted anyway and if you clear it then well and good. So thinking of the positive side you can fill the form so that you are not left with any problem.
All the best.
As per your question you've already completed graduation and BEd, so why the need to do another graduation, you can go for post-graduation, in fact this will further increase your scope more so in a teaching career, you can teach higher classes as well as can apply for NET/SET, as per UGC guidelines now two degree courses are acceptable simultaneously at the same time, one though distance and another through regular mode, so if you wish to do another degree course you can, but I would suggest it's better you go for postgraduation.
