I belong from delhi can i get bhms in any college in India with 3 lakh rank I am from sc category but not from management quota

AVINASH KUMAR 23rd Jan, 2022

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. It's difficult to predict because cut keep changing every year depends on various factors.

1. No of seat available.

2. Difficulty level of exam.

3. No of student appear in exam.

It's difficult to get government medical college in Delhi for bhms/ bds course with this rank. You can get seats in private medical college or management quota seats. And there is no other options. Prepare for neet 2022 . And give your best..

Eligibility criteria for neet ug exam.

  • :--->Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as of December 31, 2022...
  • :--->Candidate should passed the class 12th  exam from any recognised brard with physics, chemistry, biology (PCB) or (PCMB) with English is the compulsory subject...
  • :--->Minimum aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%..
  • :--->Reservation policy for pwd (handicap) : 3% of the reservation will be provided to the Person with Disability (PwD) candidates.

  • Marks wise cut off for neet ug exam is following
  • For General candidate-> 720-138
  • For OBC/SC/ST candidate -> 137-108
  • For Gen PwD candidate -> 137-122

hi Im from andhra pradesh i got 365 oc ews can u pls say can i get bhms govt clg? in ap

Karishma Sawhney 13th Dec, 2021

Hello aspirant.

The previous year cut off for BHMS in Andhra Pradesh is as follows-

ST- AU region- 320 ; SVU region- 335

SC- AU region- 355 ; SVU region- 358

OC- AU region- 378 ; SVU region- 425

BCE- AU region- 350 ; SVU region- 355

BCD- AU region- 374 ; SVU region- 400

You might have a 50-50 chance in government colleges as can be seen from the cut off. However, it is better to fill in private colleges as well if you have the budget to do so as the cut off in private colleges will be less in comparison to government ones. Hope it helps.

I will be opting for BHMS, so wanted to know if after that Im eligible to pursue Msc Clinical Psychology or not

Anjali Nagar 13th Dec, 2021

Dear Candidate,

Yes you will be eligible to pursue MSc Clinical psychology after completing BHMS. But you have to be careful while picking up the colleges that provide masters degree to non psychology students. Some colleges may not provide admission to those who are not graduate in psychology. There are some universities that provide admission:

Amity University, Noida

Chandigarh University

LPU, Jalandhar

University of Delhi, etc.

admission process for other states students for bhms course??

piyush263001 20th Jan, 2022

Hello,

The college that your query is concerned about is Smt Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homoeopathic Medical College.

----- This college is located in Maharashtra. YOU should know that Maharashtra is a closed state for Counseling and only those students who have domicile of Maharashtra can participate in state counseling.

----- Also since the college is private, you won't be able to get a seat through All India Quota Counseling for AYUSH courses.

------ Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) of Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, New Delhi is conducting Online Counseling for allotment of 15 % All India Quota Seats of Under Graduate (BAMS/Unani/BSMS/BHMS)/in Government Homeopathic colleges.

------ Also you can check about the schedule of All India Quota AYUSH counseling by checking out he below mentioned link of official website.

I hope you find the answer helpful.

Thank you.

Hello sir myself sondarva arti. in 2021 my neet score is 159 only and i am sc category. so i can get admission in bhms .

ijazumar16 10th Dec, 2021

Greetings Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 159 marks in your neet examination and you belong to Sc category. With the marks scored im sorry to tell that the chances are very low for you to get a government seat for BHMS. BHMS or Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an academic degree course at the bachelor’s level, covering knowledge regarding the homeopathic medical system. The duration of this course generally varies from 4 to 5 years, and also bears internship facilities of 1 year. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management.

I did registration form today for mbbs,bams,bhms. They asked one question in form"Do you want to apply for 15 % AIQ seat in self finance college for bams and bhms".In that question I choose option"No".And muje mere hi state me private BAMS college me admission lena hai to to koi galti nahi hui he na

Ritvik Baweja 10th Dec, 2021

No, if you have analyzed the last years' cutoffs and closing ranks and you were quite confident about getting the desired college of BAMS / BHMS in your state via the state quota itself then there is no point in filling out the AIQ 15 percent seats .

So you should not regret now that you have opted out of it

my score In neet is 343 obc category can I have a chance to get government colleges BAMS/ bhms cources

ADRIKA mONDAL 9th Dec, 2021

Hi there,

In accordance to your marks of 343 in Neet , the possible expected rank would be 288498 - 302718. But unfortunately with 343 marks one cannot get a seat in government medical college even if he is from reserved categories like sc or st or obc not even under state quota. Moreover for any other courses also the chances are very low enough. Moreover you may try for the seat in private medical colleges which might be possible enough to get. Hoping for the best. Thank you.
