Previous year, the cut off marks to get a Government College offering BHMS Course via All India Counselling are as follows -
However cut off varies from year to year as it depends on parameters like number of newly opened colleges, difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates who appeared for the examination, etc. But, going by the previous year trend, if you belong to General Category, then with 445 marks it is a bit difficult to get BHMS Course in a Government College via All India Counselling. Still, you may get a BHMS seat in Private Colleges or a Government College via State Counselling.
Alternatively, if you want to predict what all medical colleges (including AYUSH courses) you can get with your NEET UG Rank, you may use NEET UG College Predictor Tool - https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

Dear applicant, with 134 marks in NEET, your chances of admission into BHMS Government Institutions is almost none but you have chances to take admission into private colleges, this can be due to your NT2 category, as because considering the past few years cut-off trends your score is quite less, use our NEET UG college predictor to predict the best colleges based on your merit rank
