Hello,
Well first of All I would like to tell you that you should go for that course where your interest lies, it should be completely your decision if you wish to pursue BHMS or BAMS because the decision you make today will decide your future tomorrow.

If you are a General Category candidate then your chances for getting Government seat for BAMS seems quite low, but if you are from Reserved Category such as SC and ST then you should go for All India Quota Counseling for AYUSH Courses.

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. DSRRAU is a government college in Jodhpur offering courses like BAMS. As NEET-2021 counsellings haven't commenced yet it's difficult to tell you the exact cut-offs but they are going to be similar to last year's.
So,I'll tell you the cutoff score for the college post NEET -2021. For OBC category it was a score of 555 through Rajasthan state quota counselling. So,in order to get a seat there in 2021 ,you atleast needed to score 555+. With a score of 262 it isn't possible despite you having an OBC category.
However you can try for management quota seats even though the chances for you seem meagre . You might also consider dropping a year if you wish to .
Further,
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

2. Difficulty level of exam.
3. No of student appear in exam.
No, with this score, it's very difficult to get a seat in bhms courses in karnataka but you can get management quota seats in karnataka with very high fee structure.
