Entrance Exams for Intensive Care Medicine
Students must complete an MBBS before applying for CCM. To complete an MBBS, the student must write NEET, which is a compulsory entrance examination for all students of India that wish to study medicine and dentistry courses within the country. After completing the required procedures for NEET, the student will receive an admit card and can write the exam. The NEET scores determine the level of the university a student is admitted into. The better the score, the better the university. All admissions are merit-based.
Students will be called for rounds of counselling where they can pick their institution of choice from the list of colleges given to them based on their NEET score.
Once the MBBS is completed, students can apply for MSc in Intensive Care Medicine. Seats for this course are given to students based on their performance in the university-provided entrance examination.
