As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff score and rank for a regular seat in the General category for B.Com (Hons.) was - rank - 1231, and score - 192.

It seems as if you have good chances of getting admission in BHU as your score and rank both fit the previous trends. Cutoffs don't remain the same every year, but they differ only slightly.

cutoff rank - 1231, cutoff score - 192 - for a regular seat in the General category. 

It seems as if you have very good chances of getting admission as both your score and rank is excellent.

Here are the cutoff ranks and scores for the regular seats across different streams for the OBC  category - 

• B.A. (Hons.) Arts - cutoff rank - 965, cutoff score - 190
• B.A. (Hons.) Social sciences - rank - 1323, score - 177
• B.Sc. Bio Group - rank - 797, score - 231
• Maths Group - rank - 707, score - 165
• B.Com - rank - 723, score - 173

It seems that you are eligible for all the courses except the bio group because your score doesn't fit the cutoff. Cutoffs don't remain the same every year, but they differ only slightly so you seem to have a good chance of getting admission.

There is only 60% chance of you to get B. com course through BHU UET exam 2019 with 245 marks. I suggest you to wait till the councelling as there may be slight variation in the cutoff and seats.

As you might know that this year's cut-offs have not been released yet. But you can always predict whether you'll get in by checking the previous years cutoff trends. And according to last year's cut-offs:-

Cut-off rank- 1149

Cut-off marks- 265

So you might get in because you've borderline marks. But you cannot completely rely on last year's cut-offs because cutoff change every year depending on various factors.

As per the previous year cutoff marks vs rank of BHU UET BIO group for general category candidate, it was 265 and 1149 respectively. For the paid seat, the cutoff marks vs rank were 220 and 2327 respectively.

These trends change every year depending on the number of seats, the number of candidates appearing, the difficulty level of exam and topper's score. So you might have a chance on the basis of your rank. I suggest you do the counselling properly so that you get your desired stream.

As you know the Cut-offs for BLAT 2019 have not been released yet. But you can predict the college you might get in by checking the last year's cut-offs. And the 2018 cutoffs were:-

Cut off marks - 152

Cut-off rank- 290

So according to last year's cut-off rank you don't qualify for the university. But you cannot completely depend on last year's cut-offs as every year the cut-offs change as they depend on various factors.

As per the previous year cutoff trends, here are the cutoff ranks and scores for regular seats in the General category across all groups in BHU- 

• B.A. Arts - cutoff rank - 1568, score - 205
• B.A. Social sciences - cutoff rank - 1629, score - 193
• Bio Group - rank - 1149, score - 265
• Maths Group - rank - 1319, score - 193
• B.Com/Finance - rank - 1231, score - 192

So it seems, that you're eligible for admission in all the courses as per your rank range, except the Bio group because your score doesn't fit the mark. Since you have a fairly decent score and rank, you have good chances of getting admission in the main campus.
