Good Luck!!
Unfortunately, currently there is no system in place using which you can gain admission into a B.Tech course without taking Mathematics in your class XII exams. Since B.Tech or in general engineering is a very maths oriented field, it is required that you take maths in your class XII. So, being a PCB student, you can't take admission in any B.Tech or engineering degree.
But if you want to go into the biomedical field, I'll suggest you to do a B.Sc in biomedical sciences, which will quench your thirst for studying in this field. I'll suggest you to explore this option with an open mind.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
Since B.Tech is a very mathematics oriented course, so according to the regulations, you may face difficulties in pursuing the course further.
But, you can take admission into Biomedical Engineering as it's criteria is Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology.
However, if you want to do something easy and not so mathematics oriented in this field, a B.Sc degree in Biomedical Sciences may be a good option and you should definitely explore that.

Yes, definitely, Park college of engineering Coimbatore provides placement services to it's students so that they do not face any difficulty in the same. However, the prospects of Biomedical engineering is not so good in India, and only mass IT recruiters like TCS or Infosys takes those students. Some of the best things can be to go for research as it is a very research oriented field.
Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering is one of the most rapidly growing branches and the future prospects of Biomedical engineering are ultimate. I would definitely suggest you to go for Biomedical engineering if you want to do research as some of the most developed nations are spending a fortune on it nowadays. Plus Park College of Engineering has experienced faculty and you'll face no problem there.
