You should opt for a MSc. You have read the three subject and by this year , you got interested in some of them. Choose that subject and pursue your MSc. If you want you can also go for BTech Biotechnology after your BSc by giving lateral entry exams. If you pursue BTech then you will get direct admission in BTech 2nd year.

To answer your question yes you can take part in Maharashtra state counselling for BSc nursing even when you are in first year of Bsc biochemistry there would be absolutely no problem.
But you need to understand that before you confirm the seat for BSC nursing you will have leave your seat at BSc biochemistry. I hope you know that. Yes it's ok that you filled code 5.

Hello Abin raj ss , If you want to know about the fees of Msc biochemistry 2 Year course fees then there are many colleges in India as well as out of India so you need to mention the college name. But some research on internet I found that the fees is between 32000 to 2.5 lakh.
