I am pcb student...am I eligible for biomedical engineering?
Hello,
YES, PCB students can apply for a Biomedical Engineering BE degree as well.
The following conditions apply to class 12's stream: Physics, Chemistry, and Math/Biology are required for class 12 (or the equivalent) passing for the candidate.
Mathematics is required in every course. The fundamentals you learned in class 10 will enough, and any additional topics (if any) will be presented throughout the course.

biomedical engineering have scope?
Hello Aspirant
It is a special branch of engineering which utilizes concepts of biology and medicine to make healthcare more useful. If you do anything with your full effort you have a lot of scope in any field. Just try to give your best.
Best wishes to you :)
can pcb students get admission in biomedical engineering
Hello Khusbu,
A candidate who is willing to apply for Biomedical Engineering can go for it if he/she has done his Class 12th or equivalent from either Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) .
So, if you have successfully passed your 12th with PCB, then you can surely go for Biomedical Engineering .

how to become biomedical engineering
hlwo radhika
hope you are doing well
becoming a biomedical Engineer is very tough job.
Bioengineers and biomedical engineers frequently work in research and development or in quality assurance. Bioengineers and biomedical engineers typically need a bachelor's degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related engineering field. Some positions require a graduate degree.
It typically takes four years of education and two years of work experience to become a biomedical engineer. This usually covers the time it takes to earn a bachelor's and either gain a master's degree or work experience in the field
To become a biomedical engineer, a good degree in a relevant subject such as biomedical engineering, biomedical science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or physics is required. Postgraduate qualifications can be beneficial (particularly for non-engineering graduates), and may be necessary for some posts
To get to be a Biomedical Engineer, one has to undergo thorough studies and rigorous training to acquire the vital skill critical in serving societal needs.
A biomedical engineering major uses science and engineering techniques to find innovative solutions to issues in medicine and biology. Students learn about ethics and how to account for economic, social, global and environmental factors in their problem-solving. it is a good carrier option.
Basic Eligibility is Minimum required marks in class 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
hope this is helpful for you
all the very best for your upcoming future

bsc MLT is better than b.E biotechnology and biomedical engineering
The B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology(MLT) students can find ample opportunities in the field of allied health sciences.
B.E biotechnology is a four year undergraduate course. Candidates who have completed there 10 + 2 with subjects like physics, chemistry and Biology along with the mathematics are eligible for applying. Admission is based on entrance exam conducted by the institutes. Average fees ranges from 10000 to 10 laks rupees. Biotechnology is a branch of applied biology that incorporates the utilization of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine and numerous fields requiring bioproducts. After completing the course you can do your post graduation. Top job areas including National Botanical Institute Colleges & Universities, Cellular and Molecular Biology Centres, National Chemical Laboratory, Central Aromatic Plants Institute, Tata Energy Research Institute, etc. The job positions includes Biotechnology expert, Biotechnology patent analyst, a Biotechnology executive, Research associate, Maintenance engineer, Laboratory Assistant, Professor, Associate Professor, etc. Biotechnology has its application in the fields pharmaceuticals, food, chemical, textiles, nutrition, bio-products, medicine, environmental conservation and animal sciences. Biotechnology integrates branches like genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, embryology and cell biology, which are in turn linked to practical specialties like chemical engineering, information technology, and robotics.
Similarly biomedical engineering focuses on adventures in technology and medicine to develop new devices for improving the human health. Eligibility criteria is same as mentioned for above courses. Job opportunities include manufacturing engineer, software engineer, quality engineer, physician, researcher etc.
All three fields are great and offers greater career opportunities. You have to choose the course that apt for your interest.
All the best.
