See if your board isn't providing you a corrections facility of your marksheet, then I would recommend you to kindly visit a lawyer & file an affidavit regarding it & get it done in the Magistrate court only.
A lawyer will give you the proper description regarding the procedures you should follow up.
The affidavit will be valid & you can use it for any of the admission (as per the information available on different resources on Internet).

Dear aspirant,
As you have passed higher secondary from West bengal board in 2021 and considering you would take a drop for preparation of neet then let me tell you that there is as such no criteria that your 10% marks will be deducted if you go through neet.
However there are some private colleges which keep this criteria but you need not worry because this thing won't affect much until and unless you have scored 50-60% in your 12th. If you scored atleast 70% then you need not worry at all.
