Kindly fill physics, chemistry and BIOLOGY total marks in the neet application form. Even though you have got more marks in maths than biology.
Remember physics ,chemistry and biology are main subjects for appearing in Neet. You must have got 50% in these three subjects. You must have English subject as language subject.
Maths marks are not considered for neet.
Eligibility criteria for neet - The candidate must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects. English is also mandatory.

The replacement of marks in the 12th Mark sheet depends on a lot of things. If English is one of your first 4 subjects, then no, you cannot replace your English marks with IT marks.
If you are applying for a BSc Computer Science course, then yes, you can replace your English marks. But still, your English marks will be looked at because you are studying in an English medium institution.
If you are planning on pursuing a BA course, your English marks will be of utmost importance.
