Sandesh 30th Jun, 2022

Dear Student,

According to your KCET score which is expecting to be in between 69-72, your rank could range in between 6000-8000.

However this is not the exact ranking because it depends on various factors and vary year by year, ranking are obtained using some factors like

  • Difficulty of Examination
  • Category of Individual
  • No. of students appeared for examination to No. of seat available.

Aditya Kumar Sir As my friend attempted NEET 2020 by putting the detail of his 12th(2020) state board pass result but not clear NEET.Now this time he is going to attempt NEET 2022 by filling the detail of his 12th(2022) CBSE exam of this year. This will cause any problem in his Exam or in Counseling?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 29th Jun, 2022

Hi

Have already answered one your question early, again clearing it that there will be no problem in neet examination and even in counselling irrespective of what you had filled in neet 2020 and what you have filled in neet 2021 application form.

This is because,

There's no relationship between neet 2020 and neet 2021 as while filling neet 2021 application form you do the fresh registration and then fill the application form.

Moreover, your both boards are valid as It's not like you have given two regular board examination in the same year if that was the case then this would have been illegal but this isn't the case with you as you have passed 12th from state board in 2020 and cbse board in 2022 i. e different years so it's completely legal.

So, now that you have filled cbse 2022 12th details you won't face any problem not even during counselling.

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2022 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

***** practising chapterwise questions

***** then revising the chapters,

***** solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

***** go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

To help you in cracking neet, we have neet crash course for you, the link for the same is given below :-

75% in board for jee 2022 is removed, but I am taking a drop and will give jee 2023. so is there any chances to remove this criteria for droppers?

krati2004 1st Jul, 2022

Hello,

It can be removed in JEE 2023 or cannot be . Both of the chances can be true. But for the year 2022 the 75% eligibility criteria is removed. So you only need to pass in all subjects of you class 12th to be eligible for JEE mains 2022. So it is better not to take risk. All the best!

Aditya Kumar Sir My Question Is If Someone Passed His 12th(PCB) in 2020 from his state board and appear for NEET 2020 with his state boards marks and then gives 12th(PCB) again from CBSE Boards this year and fill NEET 2022 form with this year CBSE exam Information .This is legal Or Illegal?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 29th Jun, 2022

Hi

It's completely legal dear.

This is because,

It's not like you have given two regular board examination in the same year if that was the case then this would have been illegal but this isn't the case with you as you have passed 12th from state board in 2020 and cbse board in 2022 i. e different years so it's completely legal.

For filling neet application form,

You can use either of state/cbse board results. Choose the one with which you meet pcb percentage requirements for neet

For your reference,

Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET :-

-------------------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible one must be either appearing for 12th board examination  or should have passed 12th board examination from any recognised board with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.

†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.

-------------------) Percentage required :- You must get

  • at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

  • at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

  • at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

-------------------)  Age limit :-

  • Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet  one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination .

  • Upper age limit :-There's no upper age limit for NEET. Earlier there was upper age limit  of 25 years which was pending in supreme court, on 9th march 2022 NMC in its notice has removed upper age limit. For details about it checkout :- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-number-of-attempts-and-age-limit

--------------------) There's no attempt limit for neet.
