BS
Hello,
If you had Biology in 12th and not Maths, but studied PCMB till 11th, and now want to give only Maths exam from NIOS, then yes, you can do that. But you will get two separate mark sheets – one from your regular board (for PCB) and one from NIOS (for Maths).
For MHT CET , this is usually accepted as long as you have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as separate subjects and have valid certificates. But you must check the official MHT CET brochure of that year to confirm, as rules may change.
So, yes, two mark sheets are generally accepted, but final confirmation depends on MHT CET rules of that year.
Hope it helps !

Hello Aspirant,
When applying to BS in Medical Sciences and Engineering at IIT Madras via the IAT (IISER Aptitude Test) for the OBC-NCL Female category, the suggested ranks and marks can differ every year depending on the level of difficulty or how many took the exam. However, based on the trends from year-to-year:
Dear Aspirant,
To take admission in a BS (Bachelor of Science) degree program, the first step is to decide on your area of specialisation, such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, or any other field, and then research the universities or colleges that offer this program. You must check the eligibility criteria of the institutions you're interested in. Generally, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent education with a science stream, and some programs may require a minimum percentage in core subjects. Many universities, especially in India, require students to qualify for entrance exams such as CUET (Common University Entrance Test), JEE (for technical courses), or NEET (for health science-related BS programs). In the case of foreign universities, exams like SAT or ACT, along with English language proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS, may be required. Once you meet the eligibility and entrance exam requirements, you can apply online through the official university websites or national-level admission portals. During the application process, you will need to submit required documents such as mark sheets, identity proof, photographs, entrance exam scorecards, and category certificates (if applicable), and pay the application fee. After submitting the form, shortlisted candidates are usually called for counselling or document verification, after which final admission is granted.
All the Best.
With a CRL rank of 381,094 and OBC-NCL rank of 136,581, admission to IIT Patna’s BS-MS program is very unlikely because the cutoffs are much lower. This program is highly competitive. You can consider other state or private engineering colleges where your rank fits better. Improving your rank by preparing for JEE Main again is a good idea. Also, IIT Patna’s BS-MS program requires good board marks and clearing entrance tests like IITP-SAT. Let me know if you want help finding other options!
If you get admitted into the B.S. program at IIT Madras this year and this year happens to be your first JEE Advanced attempt, then yes, you will remain eligible to take JEE Advanced again next year if you satisfy the other eligibility norms laid down by the conducting authorities of the exam. The important thing is that the candidate gets two chances at JEE Advanced at the most, and these chances have to come within two successive years from the year when they first appeared for the test. Since you are trying for the first time, you have one chance remaining for the next year.
But once you are admitted into an IIT undergraduate course, you cannot sit for JEE Advanced again to get into the same course. But if you are interested in a different course or a double degree (such as B.Tech + M.Tech), you may want to look up the particular rules from the JEE Advanced official website or the IITs.
Dear aspirant,
To take admission, in B.Sc. Agriculture, you usually need to appear for an entrance exam. Some of the popular ones are CUET, ICAR AIEEA, state level exams like BCECE etc . But some universities also offer direct admission based on yours 12th marks . You must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Agriculture. So if you don't want to appear for an entrance exam, just fill out the online application forms in your preferred colleges and wait for the merit list to come out. Make sure to regularly check the official websites of the colleges or universities you’re interested in for deadlines and application forms.
Thank you.
