see the eligibility criteria for admission in bachelors of science in computer science is candidates must have completed 12th course from a recognized education board with mathematics and english as a subject. In most of the colleges admission is based on 12th course, some of the university has their own entrance test.

For attaining and admitting into a political science degree you don't need to be from a particular stream. Any stream works. So, yeah you can pursue B.A. in political science based on your 12th grade subject choices, it wouldn't be a problem. Check out the cutoffs and see what colleges are you eligible for in DU.

the basic eligibility criteria to get admission for the course B.Com (//B.Com) hons in ethiraj college is candidate must have completed their 10+2 from recognized board with subjects having accountancy ,commerce/business studies , mathematics/business mathematics and candidate must have secure a minimum aggregate of 75 percent marks in these three subjects altogether.

If you are pursuing the course in the same field which was in your class 12th, then there will be no deduction and if you are choosing the different course from your stream then there will be some deduction.
