unfortunately mostly all canadian universities that offer nursing courses like diploma or undergraduate program ( BN , Bsc)  require a student to have studied science at 12th level.

they mostly require english, mathematics ,biology , chemistry and physics. and they must have got minimum avergae grade C in these subjects. but there are also some schools that offer pre nursing year to the students who do not meet this criteria.

so, overall  a student must have sciences in 12th to get admitted to nursing courses in canada.

Its your perspective to go for any of the year in the foreign. If you go after 12th then you can do your UG in any of the specialization. Now I would practically say, if you go for the course of the PG in cannada then it would be much better position to be acquired for your career.
