VETRIRANJANI G 5th Aug, 2021

DEAR ASPIRANT,

The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) grants a qualification in medicine known as the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) to physicians who have met its requirements. The LMCC is a part of the Canadian Standard, the set of requirements physicians need to meet to apply for a full licence to practise medicine in Canada.

NAC  EXAMINATION International medical graduates applying for residency must pass the National Assessment Collaboration (NAC) Examination, which tests for the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to enter a residency training program in Canada.

MCCQE Part I

The MCC administers two qualifying examinations: the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part I and the MCCQE Part II. You must pass both to become a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC). You must pass the MCCQE Part I before you can take the MCCQE Part II.

MCCQE Part II

The MCC ceases delivery of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II.

Hello dear !

Yes to Pursue engineering in Canada after completion of diploma in india you must need to appear SAT entrance exam for admission along with which you must qualify in english proficiency tests for admission which is the eligibility criteria .

But B.tech in Canada is a 4 year course . So your admission is based on 12th percentage,  diploma marks and english proficiency test

Few colleges might have entrance exam like SAT as common one

Few might take admission through 12th , diploma and English proficiency test marks.

Hope its helpful

Any queries drop down in the comment box

Good luck!

I completed my plus two with 96%. I have two options, that is study computer science engineering in Canada or Australia. In canada the university is university of prince edward island, and total fees is 35 lack. in australia it is swimbern university with 20 lack (scholarship) of full fee. the best?

Maryam Sara 29th Aug, 2021

Hello Joel Sibi,

Firstly both the options are extremely wonderful and are really exciting.

Let's discuss each option.

  • CANADA :

Canada has recently become a hub for Indian students in terms of studies. The biggest benefits include that the visa acquiring process is very simplified and offers a wide range of courses. After working for a few years you can acquire a green card.

Students who do Computer Science can work as Financial, transportation, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, education and research environments. You can also work as an artificial intelligence programmer, computer programmer, etc.

  • AUSTRALIA:

It is one of the most popular destinations for students these days and is ranked among top institutes of the world.

It offers world class education.

The job profiles are almost similar in both the nations.

The pay scale is very good and you can earn almost $140,000 per year.

In my opinion both the nations are extremely great for future opportunities, but since you are getting a scholarship and hence will reduce your expenses I think you should opt for Australia.

HOPE THIS HELPS

Hello! Hope you are doing great. Let's start answering your question from the last.

In Canada there are a lot of Indian National working in different field and its needless to mention that in Canada there are a lot of scope in any field. For medical field also Canada is great place to go for. But for a job in Canada you need to have a good experience. So if you want to go for BSc Nursing then go for it, complete your training and practice in India atleast for 3-4 years. After practicing here or while practicing you can go for Speciality courses which are usually of 1-2 years (Diploma courses) then you can apply for nursing jobs in Canada as it will increase your strength in the field. As per the data and information online, its very less probable to get a job just after BSc in Canada without any experience or specialization.

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 30th Jul, 2021
Hello,

In order to apply for a masters degree in Canada, you must already hold an undergraduate degree. So, you mentioned that you are interested in computer science engineering, so i would suggest you to pursue B.tech in Computer Science Engineering in India. Then you can apply for MS in Canada. You must also have a valid TOEFL/IELTS score card along with GMAT/GRE score.
The cost for MS would be between CAD $2,500 (USD $1,955) and CAD $18,000 (USD $14,080). The average international fee for a graduate programme in Canada is CAD $17,744 (USD $13,880.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

The future scope which you have decided for is quite interesting and also its a great decision because overall in abroad you find more opportunities and better work benefits. But saying with out any detailed information is not at all easy as because as you want to pursue you Master degree in Canada, so firstly for that you have to appear for the exam through which you will be becoming eligible for studying in abroad and also talking about expanses is not easy because in every country the price differ due to their internal factors, but as you are looking for Canada than i could only say that your expanses will be high compare to other countries, hence you have to prepare according to it. This are some of the important factors which you have to look for so that your work will become quite simple and easy.

Thank you..
