Hello dear ,
As for studying into foreign universities you need to score minimum of 6 in each band in the entrance exams such as IELTS., TOEFL etc. As far as the top universities are concerned you might get a chance to study in waterloo as you have to score more than 6 in each band for getting the admission. Hence you might get admission into the university you need. Keep checking the official website for further information.
All the best
Hello student.
You have written a compartment exam in a major subject - Math.
When you ask you want to apply for Canada visa, I suppose it is for your College. Then it is not about visa alone. Canada is more specific about the students they take in. The education there is too tough. So you have a real tough chance of getting into a real good college in Canada. So you have to think about it a lot.
Coming to the visa thing, yes you can apply for a student visa, but when you will have to get the confirmation with the university, you will mostly not get it. I'm sorry to say this. But that is what is true.
So, try your luck. You might get, but the chances are too low as math is a real important subject according to any university.
feel free to ask any doubts in the comments.

Hello. First of all, if you have some kind of experience in your educated field then switching on abroad like directly to job would be easy.
If you are fresher then consider yourself to pursue higher studies from USA,UK,CANADA etc. And then based on that educational get a job under work permit.
UK can save your one year because masters is 2 years generally but in UK its 1 year and then you get 2 years work permit. So it's up to you, check for the courses related to your field. In abroad all fields are good. So just check where you can perform well.
Hope that helps!
