I want to study abroad like in Canada now I am in class 10 and in 2021 I want to take medical tell me which collage or school is best for medical student in Canada or Australia with less fee

ritikaprasad.work 25th Oct, 2020

Hey there!

Things are a little different in Canada, they don't have a bachelor's in medicine degree. That means that to take admission in Canada you'll have to complete your undergraduate degree first and then you can apply for MD there. But, mostly international candidates don't get into medical schools there simply because you need to either be a Canadian resident or Canadian citizens. In some cases if there's an arrangement between two countries governments you might be able to go to Canada.

I will b doing my 1yr bds in India but my family might move to Canada next yr so can I continue my 2nd yr of bds in Canada or should I start over from first?

DrTeeth 22nd Oct, 2020

Unfortunately Canada has its own criteria for admission to dental schools via a well known exam called the dental admission test (DAT). Even if you complete your degree in India, it will not be recognized unless you crack another exam (NDBE and OSCE).

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 18th Oct, 2020

Hi

You don't need to worry, even if you have done your graduation from Canada

This is because,

to be eligible for UPSC one needs a graduate degree from a recognised University it doesn't matter whether it's from India or Canada so even if you do your graduation from Canada from a recognised university, you will be still eligible for UPSC examination

You can check UPSC eligibility criteria below

*You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline like  from a recognised university

*Minimum age limit :-  21 years

*Maximum age limit :-  32 years , also there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category

Basic Requirements: graduation degree, work experience( for some university's),Gmat score.
