Hey,
This depends on which university you wish to go and the city where you want to reside.
The living costs do vary from province to province and within a province city to city.
The estimation of costs will be provided to you in the admission letter you receive from the university.
Alternatively you can obtain admission handbooks from few universities and there will be indication of costs for tuition fees, living expenses and medical insurance etc.
Hope this helps.

Hello Arsheen,
After acquiring the much coveted MBBS degree from India, an Indian doctor may wish to try his / her luck up abroad in Canada and try to become a doctor, only after the fulfillment of certain official formalities:
Indian doctors can discuss and explore the field of Medical Science in Canada through the study groups for the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Exam (MCCEE), provided by some immigrant-friendly organizations.
The governing body of the medical practices in the concerned Province of Canada can give guidance regarding the formalities and fees required for licensing.
Acquiring a medical license in Canada is a tedious and complicated process and may take up to 5-6 years. An Indian doctor is advised to be well prepared and equipped with financial backup and tenacity in order to have a shot at becoming a doctor in Canada.
Provinces like Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward are some good provinces to work as a doctor in Canada.
Hope this helps you. We wish you the best for your future endeavours!
Regards
