yes you can join nios or any state open school for studying class 10+2. but for eligible to any state quota there is different criteria for different state for domicile. however after clearing  the 10+2 exam from open school you are eligible to apply all engineering entrance test.

there are many  way to become a data scientist. either you can do bachelors degree in computer science engineering and can do mtech or 11 month data science oriented program from iiits .  or you can do bsc in statistics and  can do msc after bsc on data science. so there is many ways. but I dont know how can you manage the graduation if you moved out of india after 2 years. for engineering it takes 4 years and for bsc degree it takes 3 years.

so please think about it.

Canada Tourist Visa is a temporary Canadian immigration option that allows tourists to visit Canada for the purpose of tourism and leisure. A Canada tourist visa is also known as Canada visitor visa or Canadian Temporary Resident Visa (TVR). The Canada tourist visa is granted for a maximum period of six months.

Canada tourist visas are of two types:

Single entry visa

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, you want to do msc Physics again in canada so you can definitely do that.

For this, you need to select your preffered collegr or universities of canada and check which exams do they accept for foreign students admission then appear for those exams and clear their eligility criteria and cut offs to get admission .
