if i score 670 marks in neet and i belong to central obc ncl with 43% pcb marks am i eligible for all India quota counselling for 15% in neet because there are no obc seat reservation for AIQ counselling

Glad that you expect 670marks in NEET entrance exam. But here is the eligibility for NEET-
- Candidate must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university for a general candidate while it is 40% for SC/ ST/OBC
- The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology
AS mentioned by you, you have secured 43 % marks in 10 +2 , you can surely apply for the entrance exam.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no it is not applicable for state university colleges as state government colleges accept state O.B.C certificate and central government colleges accept central O.B.C certificate you can not use state certificate in central level colleges.

- Educational Certificate / marksheet issued by the Recognized Education Board.
- Residence certificate with photograph issued by the authorised signatory of the State Government / Tehsildar / SDM.
The process of apply army rally is
Step 1: Candidates can visit the official website at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
Step 2: Now, click on 'Officer Entry apply/Login'. Now proceed by clicking on 'Registration' (Registration is not required, if already registered on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in).
Step 3: Fill the application form.
But if you are domicile candidate in Maharashtra state then you are eligible for Maharashtra army rally. Otherwise you can't take participate in this rally.
