Glad that you expect 670marks in NEET entrance exam. But here is the eligibility for NEET-

• Candidate must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university for a general candidate while it is 40% for SC/ ST/OBC
• The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology

AS mentioned by you, you have secured 43 % marks in 10 +2 , you can surely apply for the entrance exam.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no it is not applicable for state university colleges as state government colleges accept state O.B.C certificate and central government colleges accept central O.B.C certificate you can not use state certificate in central level colleges.

I would recommend you to contact any of the agents or officials who does or applies for EWS certificate or obc certificate as he would be a better person to consult regarding these kind of matters. But as per my view you should apply for obc category .

You can apply for caste certificate or renew the caste certificate. I hope you can get the certificate within time. With your caste certificate you have to TA form  two copies plus proof of journey. So get ready your caste certificate. And prepare yourself for examination.

If you are Muslim and you have OBC caste certificate then no problem. You can fill it if any caste candidate point is available. And you can give your community name which you know. There was no problem in this form. So prepare yourself for UPSC CSE examination.

For army rally you are eligible if you go though this points

• Educational Certificate / marksheet issued by the Recognized Education Board.
• Residence certificate with photograph issued by the authorised signatory of the State Government / Tehsildar / SDM.

The process of apply army rally is

Step 1: Candidates can visit the official website at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Step 2: Now, click on 'Officer Entry apply/Login'. Now proceed by clicking on 'Registration' (Registration is not required, if already registered on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in).

Step 3: Fill the application form.

But if you are domicile candidate in Maharashtra state then you are eligible for Maharashtra army rally. Otherwise you can't take participate in this rally.

That's right area for to get EWS certificate is whose family income is less than 6 lacs per annum is eligible for getting EWS certificate if he does not possess any other advantages or scholarship from the  respective government.

The EWS certificate holder enjoy 10% seat reservation in jobs and education.
