Caste Certificates
Hello Candidate,
The category plays a very important role in National level entrance examinations such as the joint entrance examination. Hence, students should choose their category very carefully.
The Shaik community of Muslim comes under the other backward classes or commonly known as the OBC category. the OBC category has a specific reservation in several Government colleges.
Hope this information was helpful!!
Hello Aspirant,
BC-E comes under OBC(Other Backward Classes) in both state and central level. But in state level UNder OBC there is separate reservations for all sub-groups of BC such as BC-A,BC-B,BC-C etc. BC-E under state level has got 4% reservation. However, at central level, there is no such sub-category reservation ,so you will fall under overall OBC reservation.
All the best
Hello aspirant,
No. OBC and SEBC are both different with respect to each other. OBC caste list is done by Central Government while SEBC is from state government. SEBC stands for socially and economically backward classes and OBC stands for other backward classes. Anyways, both the terms are inter-changeably used and 27% of the provision is applicable for both. So please mention carefully while taking admission as the eligibility criteria and admission criteria will remain different.
Hope, this answer helps you.
VJNT comes under OBC category. So, the rules & regulations and reservations for OBC is same as that of VJNT. Even the eligibility to sit for the competitive exams and the cutoff for OBC category is also same as that of VJNT caste.
Hope, it helps you.
Hello,
For Kerala state you need to apply it from this link https://edistrict.kerala.gov.in/ . If your caste comes under the central list of scheduled caste then the certificate obtained from your state government is itself valid. For central list kindly check this list http://socialjustice.nic.in/UserView/index?mid=76750
Best wishes.
Hello Gautham,
Yes, both these caste certificates are quite different from each other, in terms of their value.
When State govt. recruits for their jobs, they demand a certificate which should be framed by the Public Service Commission of the state. If you want to apply for a central level job then you must obtain a OBC Certificate formatted according to National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC). Recent certificate will be considered in verification process of job recruitment.
Thus, you must understand that AIQ caste certificate is different from SQ caste certificate in terms of its importance.
Yes, you can get it online. In order to apply caste certificate online you should visit the respective state's Official Backward Class Welfare Department portal and follow the below procedure:
Meanwhile, you can check the status online from the same portal. On the same portal click on "Check Caste Certificate Status" link. You need an application number for that.
Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask more queries.
Have a good day!!
Sorry to say dear its very difficult to get government BDS college in this rank. You know this year cut-off marks will higher than previous year. So you have a minority certificate but you can't get government college dear. For government bds college you have to score minimum 450marks. But you can get any private BDS college in counseling. You go for it.

All the best.
Hi,
Well all these caste, domicile and other certificates are valid for a period of one year from the day they were produced. So you just check the time by which you have to register for the exam and the certificate date and match if it's over one year or under the period.
I hope this helps.
