Mohit pal please reply , your Central obc certificate issued on whose certificate basis because in sdm office they ask for obc certificate of state , is your central obc certificate issued on the basis of your father or brother obc certificate ?? I want my Central obc certificate without applying for state obc . Where are you from which state.

As per the reservation policy of our government there are four major categories GENERAL, OBC, SC, ST. Those who come from privileged castes and didn't face any discrimination in the past are put in this category. OBC is backward classes in which non Dalits but also non general category is put it has very large population. In OBC also there is creamy and non creamy layer which has been defined as per their income. Now there is EWS category in general category too which is reservation on the basis of income but still this reservation is only 10%. OBC reservation in our country is 27% official.

Actually reddys were under oc  till November 2020

They used to be so rich and used to guide there region where they live

Due to some factors they lost there property

And many became financially weak

Due to which many reddys requested to consider them into bc to get the benifits of reservation

There are reddy categories which come under oc and some under bc now

Kapu reddy is mostly bc rest all are oc
