Central Government
Hey,
In All India Counseling of NEET, reservation are only for the following categories,
10% for Economically Backward Class
27% for NC-OBC
15% - SC
7.5% - ST
Any other information regarding any specific category is not given.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
It depends on your aspirations. You can be an engineer in central government by giving exams like SSC JE etc . If you want to explore non technical services you have a lot like SSC CGL , IBPS etc. If you want to administrative service office you can opt for UPSC or State PCS. If you want to do a job in scientific firms like ISRO , BARC etc then you can give their departmental exams (for ISRO you only have exams conducted by ICRB) or you can get by GATE score. Salaries may not be high enough than private sectors(not all) but the salary is smart enough to have a decent life style.
You can work for Google with a package of Rs.1 Crore may be but the pleasure you will get being a scientist \ administrative head for your own motherland will be greater than ever. This is my perspective. It may or may not match with you.
Have a great day!
Hello Aspirant,
You need to also mention your state and category for better analysis and prediction. However, as you haven't mention the details even if we generally look up the percentile scored by you if quite low. Your approximate rank would be very high through which you won't be able to get an seat in an government college. You should had aimed to score around 98+ percentile to be in an safer side.
You can calculate your rank in the link below

Hello Dear Student,
If you got Seat from "Home State Quota" then you have to fill "Home State" in your Online Registration form and you also need relevant documents to claim your home state quota like either Domicile Certificate or Marksheets of 10th & 12th Class from that particular State in which you are claiming your Seat.
I hope you got your answer.

All the Best
Dear aspirant
You have not mentioned the name of the state entrance or the name of the counselling yet . For every entrance ( it can be either state level or national level) it must be mentioned that ews certificate approved by which authority is valuable and applicable for the counselling and admission processes. One must abide by those rule. For all entrances the authority will not be same. However for one entrance both state and national authority is generally same.
So you must check whether the authority or post post that signed your state EWS certificate is applicable to sign EWS certificate in JOSAA counselling or not.
Best wishes.
Hi Shweta, definitely you can apply for your caste certificate in Maharashtra. It's not a problem that your are having the caste certificate in Uttra Pradesh. If you want the new in your current state for some documentation you can. It is available in the online mode or you can contact the particular person to apply.
There is no such thing as sanctioning your caste certificate from central government. All the category certificates are issued by the block department of a particular state. So don't worry the OBC certificate from Maharashtra state will be valid and it won't be a problem at time of NEET counseling.
Hope that helps .
There is no such reservation for students falling under SEBC category under All India Counseling. If you want to have the benefits of OBC category under AIQ you can just get a certificate made from the circle office of your state.
The certificate issued by them for your reservation will be counted valid to get reservation under All India Quota counseling.
