The better choice for you will be take admission in civil engineering course in Jadavpur University. In which you will feel comfort in study of civil engineering in Jadavpur University where campusing or placement is very good for every sections of engineering courses. Salary of office student from Jadavpur University is not then 6to7 lacs.per annum.

First of all, I want to say that you have a lot of work experience, which is a plus point. Obviously there is no sure way to say what kind of placement you'll be getting. Your placement not only depends on your academics, and work experience, but also co-curricular, and mostly aptitude.

Also Welingkar Institute is one of the good B-Schools in India, with MNC's coming on campus, and good placements.

However, you seem to have a nice profile, and have an advantage over others for getting a good placement.

Hopefully with some extra effort for your interview you'll be able to get a good job.
