I would like to tell you that sorry dear you are not able to study aeronautical engineering in BE if you are diploma holder in civil engineering.

As they both branches are different in their fields so you can't study it. See, civil engineering deals with the construction whereas aeronautical engineering deals with aircrafts and other flying objects.

But , there is no matter of becoming sad , you have so many options rather than BE in aeronautical engineering. Some of them i will discuss below :

Your percentile is very low , even if you are from SC category , you might not get into a decent college , but you can easily get into a low level college , but you might not get satisfied with the life of this colleges and even it will adversely affect your career and you might have to struggle a lot for getting the jobs , and even if you get a job , your salary won't be much , so my suggestion would be to prepare again for the exam for next year and then you can get a decent college if you prepare well , but if you still want a college then I am sharing you some links that will surely help you getting a college at your respected percentile .
