But I would highly recommend you to go for Commerce with Mathematics . The stream includes subjects like Mathematics, Accountancy, Business Studies, English and Economics which would definitely make a very strong base to prepare for Chartered Accountant(CA).

Hi
You can choose any of science ,commerce or arts stream based on your interest after your 10th for your 10 +2 and then for graduation if you want to become an IAS officer.
This is because,
to become an IAS officer you need to clear UPSC civil services examination and to be eligible for UPSC examination there is no compulsion to have done 10+2 in a particular stream , also there's no compulsion to be a graduate in a particular subject, all you need to be eligible is that:-
you should be a graduate in any discipline and 21- 32 years old , so you are free to do 10+2 and graduation in any subject. You can check upsc eligibility criteria at https://competition.careers360.com/articles/upsc-ias-eligibility-criteria/amp
But yes,
choosing Arts or the humanities in your 10+2 and graduation can be really helpful for your UPSC examination, this is because in Arts you will be learning subjects like history , polity etc which are a part of the UPSC syllabus so it will help you in your upsc examination.
While if you choose science and then go for Btech /mbbs etc in your graduation then you will have a very good backup if in the worst case you fail to clear UPSC.
So, take your time and decide.

See usually the state boards don't differentiate much regarding the subject types classified by CBSE. As you have Mathematics as one of the subjects in your 10th, then you have maximum possibility to get admission with PCM combination in state board school.
I would suggest you to contact the school you want to take admission & check there eligibility conditions for the PCM in order to get sure about it. Also, you can take PCBM combination as well (if the PCM isn't offered by your institution).
I hope this answer provides you some insight. Wish you a great day!
