Your stream doesn't matter really if you want to become a hacker and all it asks for your will and dedication. I would suggest you to firstly complete your graduation in any stream like BCA, BE, BSc or B.Tech.

After you complete your graduation then I would suggest you to go for various courses available for Ethical hacking and much more such as Specialized Ethical Hacking Online Certification Training program also known as CEH v11 Ethical Hacking CourseCourse.

And after gaining various skills into it make your resume very strong by doing various internships which will allow you to make your career really great.

No, you shouldn't think about taking a drop right now, even you haven't prepared your 11th .

This is because,

There are many who somehow end up start wasting their 11th and start their preparation for JEE main examination in 12th itselfand not only prepare get admission in good college as well by getting good marks/rank in JEE main ,you can do the same you just need to be focused and remain consistent towards studies .

And in the worst case even if you are unable to perform well in jee main, then you can always take a drop after 12th  but right now you should not think about taking drop.

------------------)Practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily.

------------------)Short breaks :- take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.

------------------)Make short notes:- You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas. These short notes will be a great revision tool for your examination.

------------------)Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least around 10 hours to study each day in your routine as you have less time

See, it is very good to start as early as possible but if you are fully aware and well known about your interets and future scope then definitely it is better to go for it.
