Yes you are eligible for appearing for NEET 2033 even with Biology as an additional subject. You must also fulfill the following eligibility criteria-

Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.

The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

UR - 50%,

OBC/SC/ST - 40%,

PWD - 45%

You can change your stream in class 12 to Arts. However it depends on multiple factors, your school may not allow it. In this case, try applying to other schools if you do not wish to change your Board from CBSE to other board systems.

If you can change your board to other boards, such as State Board, then go ahead with it. This will be easier and smoother transition.

To say you got actually your question is quite un clear. I couldn't understand what about talking about some schools where you can take computer science as a subject for your 10 + 12 or whether you are looking for some institution from here you can do your computer science degree along with your class 11.

However for the first case all private and semi private schools, junior colleges and some government schools provide computer science as a exercise in class 11 and 12th level. But if you are talking about the second case then after completing your 10 + 2 level you easily can give your state polytechnic entrance examination. Basically after class 10 by giving this examination and grabbing a good score you can get into any government or private polytechnic colleges from where you can get your diploma in computer science Degree. But then you have to study hard disc because you have to pass in your class 11th level as well as this diploma course.
