Im doing a BSc life science from Delhi university. am I eligible for MSc reproduction biology and clinical embryology in aiims?

Hi,

According to the eligibility criteria for MSc reproduction biology and clinical embryology from AIIMS, any one of the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

  • MBBS/BDS (55% for Gen/OBC & 50% for SC/ST Categories)
  • B.V.Sc
  • B. Pharmacy
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4½ year course)

B.Sc. degree of minimum three years duration in any subject (Candidates having the degree other than above are not eligible).                                               Any candidate who have completed any of this course will minimum 60% aggregate (for general category) is eligible.

Since, you have done you BSC. then yes, you are eligible for this course, considering your marks are above 60%.

is ASPIER institute a good option for studying clinical embryology?

HI Aspirant,

I would not recommend this college for studying Clinical embryology since the infrstructure of the college is average and the teaching faculty is not that great.They are somewhat professionals and you will not be able to receive quality education from this college.However the campus life is much smoother with no pressure in academics.I would suggest you to go for some good University to study Clinical Embryology.

is there an entrance exam for msc clinical embryology at MGM college

Hi Aspirant,

Admission to MGM college is purely based on merit and it is done on their official website by filling the registration form.However the intake capacity is not that much for this college so there will be a bit competition.The eligibility criteria says that you must score atleast 50% in graduation level in order to apply but you require good percentages to get a seat in the college.

For preparing MET entrance exam, first get to know the syllabus of the exam and the question pattern that you will be giving for the entrance exam. Prepare for the subjects accordingly, make notes and study thoroughly. Practice sample test papers as well as the old question papers so that you can have the clear idea of what type of questions are coming in the exam. Complete the syllabus in time and sit for the exam. Do well and be focused and stay physically and mentally healthy.

Clinical Embryology is a stream of biological sciences  which mainly focuses on the study of fertilization of eggs and the healthy development of the embryos, however there is very few institute in india which offer m.sc course in embryology.

M.Sc Clinical Embryology is offered by Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai. eligibility criteria is Candidate should possess recognized MBBS/BDS Degree examination and have completed Internship (CRRI) and have registered his/ her name with anyone of the State Medical Council. Candidates possessing higher qualifications i.e. DGO/ MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)/ MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) are also eligible to apply.

Cumical embryology deals with the study of fertilisation of eggs & the development of embryos. Masters in umical Embryology (MSC) is a Postgraduate course of a duration of 2 years. admission is based on university level examination. The candidate should also have an undergraduate degree in the related field with 50%. Or its equivalent marks ( aggregate ) .
