can a bsc zoology graduate apply for msc in clinical embryology?

A graduation degree in the required subjects with a minimum passing percentage. Minimum percentage in 10+2 examination as well. The students may have to appear for an entrance level as well.

Hi Anciya!

The Entrance Exam will be conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The candidate must have a 60% in their MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. etc,. AIIMS conducts the National Level Entrance Exam for M.Sc. Courses! It is an Online based Entrance Exam. The Exam will be conducted by 5th June and 3rd July, 2021. The result will be announced by 14th June and 12th July, 2021, respectively.

hi,

karturba  medical college is affiliated to manipal academy of higher education. the eligibility criteria is  Pass in BSc with Reproduction / Zoology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Bioscience / Physiology as one of the subjects from a recognized University, with minimum 60 % aggregate marks or equivalent. Merit List based on Qualifying exam marks & PI, however in official website there is no seat intake mentioned.

i want to apply for pg in clinical embryology but the MET entrance exam registration wants to submit my graduate cgpa before march 2020. i am in my final year as a graduate student and will only complete the course by may 2020. is there anyway alternative or should i wait for a year?

You have no other option but to wait because the eligibility criteria is a final one and common for all.
Since you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, you cannot apply for it.

as per the admission procedure in Kasturba Medical college in Msc, candidates need to write manipal entrance test (MET) conducted by manipal academy of higher education. The rank and score achieved in the exam are required to get admission in KMC.

Nothing like that! It's not that only a Medical Student can apply for M.Sc. Clinical Embryology. Even others can. Below are the Eligibility Criteria for pursuing M.Sc. Clinical Embryology:

  • UG Degree with required subjects and minimum pads percentage.
  • Minimum marks in 10 +2 Board Exams.
  • Appear in Entrance Exams conducted by either the Univeristy or by the Board.
