I got CSE (Data Science) in GL Bajaj Engineering College from upset counseling. What are the colleges like? How is the hostel faculty? How is the fest? And whats the coding culture like?
Hello Aspirant,
First of all, I would like to say that there are polarising opinions about this college all over the internet. But I will give you information about this college based on my research.
G.L Bajaj Inst. of Tech. and Management, Greater Noida.
It is a private inst. founded in 2005 has strengthened a decent rank in the NIRF ranking. It got a rank of 194 this year. Faculty here are highly educated, knowledgable, generous, and valuable. They encourage students in apprenticeships and support in making them job-oriented.
The hostel here is decent which furnishes good food. There are fine playgrounds dedicated to sports like football, volleyball, etc., and has a gym also.
The fests administered are limited in number but are of best characteristic. It has an uncompromising administration.
The coding culture here is favorable as several students are enthusiastic about coding. It has distinct assigned labs to different subjects like coding, Big Data, Computer vision, etc.
Placements here are quite good have seen a surge in the gross number of candidates positioned in firms like Google, Amazin, Cisco, Gainsight, etc.,
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
which coding is required for AI
Hi,
There is no appropriate answer for this question. Actually it's fully depend on you that on which programming language you have good commands. You can use any languages for artifical intelligence AI,there is no such language in which you can't implement artificial intelligence or machine learning.
Some common languages are
. C(programming language)
.C++
.Java
.Python(mostly used)
Python is the ideal coding language used for machine learning, NLP, and neural network connections. Python can be used even if you are new to AI development since it is flexible and comes with pre-existing libraries like Pandas, SciPy, and nltk. Python language is lauded for its simple syntax and minimal codes.
.Prolong

can msc chemistry students sit the coding placement in iit ?
Hello hello,
In simple answers it is a big yes. Definitely you can sit in placements or coding rounds even if you are from MSC chemistry background. There are no restrictions in it.
The procedure for this is quite a lot. Generally, placements cells are formed which are generally final year studnets from each department and they welcome companies for campus placements.
Just make sure for which company you are applying has eligibity for msc graduates in it. Because many companies want BTech and Mtech graduates during placements.
For any query revert here. Hope you understand.
Thank you and good luck:)
how is the coding culture at Hyderabad university for mca students
Hello, Aspirant.
According to the college's student reviews, its coding culture is excellent and consistent. Here are some of the things I learned while talking:
- Students are only introduced to competitive coding in the first year and are asked to tackle tasks that are often assigned to third and fourth-year students at some of India's most famous universities.
- In their first year, everyone at IIITH begins coding. In the first year, development work begins. Students had created several websites, games, Linux programs, and an animated film by the conclusion of their second year.
- When compared to other universities, IIITH consistently has the highest number of GSOC applicants each year. So it has the best coding culture, in my opinion.
- A large majority of the students are enthusiastic about it and participate in ACM-ICPC, the most prestigious programming competition.
- In fact, a team from IIIT-H, mobius_treap, ranked 1 all over India this year and will now participate in the World Finals of ICPC.
Hope this helps!
is it better to study cse in b tech after diploma in eee . what are the subjects were miss in first year in lateral entry and how much do we expect from clg placements . how hard to learn coding in real world as i dont know basics .
Hello student
hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that syllabus of all streams in first year is same and you will study same subjects in all streams ,main core subjects related to specific field start from 2nd year only , so yes it is worth to do btech in cse after diploma in other branch but I will advise start working on coding in c++ asap to get comfortable easily
Hope you found this answer informative. Best wishes for your future
which is better it at iiest shibpur or ec at nit durgapur considering good college life and good coding culture?
Both institutes have their own advantages and disadvantages at nit dgp you will get a nit tag plus opportunities of foreign internships since nit dgp has signed some mou's on the other hand at iiest shibpur you will get a better branch from software field prospective which may lead to better placements final decision is your's as both institutes are good on their own places choose wisely.
my daughter is doing coding practice through Hacker rank is it sufficient for getting software engineer in top companies. as my daughter BTech EEE Reputed engineering college in Telangana.
Hi aspirant,
Hacker rank is majorly a site developed for practice and solving questions of higher levels. It does not give the basic ideas or the theoretical knowledge about a particular programming language. If if you were to go with free resources online for learning programming you should prefer the websites such as w3schools, geek for geek and stack overflow. Once the concepts start building she can try any practice website which include hacker rank, leetcode, hacker earth etc.
Hope it helps!!

I m interested in coding which course will be better for me BCA MCA or btech cse
Hello,
BCA prepares you to work with computers at the application level, whereas B.Tech prepares you to work with computers at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It all depends on what you're interested in. While the BCA provides students with a strong understanding of technology, it is recommended that you complete your MCA to offer yourself a professional boost. A student with a B.Tech degree has more career options after graduation.
B.Tech is a four-year programme that leads to instant employment, whereas BCA is a three-year programme that requires MCA at the end of the day to make a significant difference. Eligibility: If you scored more than 60% in your 10+2 exams, you are qualified for B.Tech; however, if you did not get 60% but scored more than 50%, BCA will be the best option. Another important consideration is selecting the appropriate university.
1)IIT
2)NIIT
3)VIT, Chennai
4) BITS Pilani
5)LPU: Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab
6) SRM University Tamil Nadu
7) Thapar University, Punjab
8) Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai and some more
Hope it helped
which civil engineering course should i do along with my cse engineering as i have interest in civil engineering please give guidance . i am not liking coding etc of this branch.
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
If you don not like doing Computer Science and engineering and coding and all that, and wish to switch to another branch or civil Engineering branch, then you have two options - either you can complete computer science engineering course with graduation degree and after that you can do Mtech in civil engineering branch . OR You can do diploma course in Civil Engineering.
But Computer Science Engineering is a very reputed and core level branch which has very great career opportunities and job options than Civil Engineering branch has in present situation. If you feel CSE as a very difficult branch, then atleast try for one more time, practice coding, practice computer science as it will bear very sweet fruit for you in future.
So, the choice is yours. You have numerous options. Choose wisely.
Further, here are the list of top civil engineering colleges in India that you can look :
IIT Bombay
IIT Delhi
IIT kharagpur
MIT manipal
SRM Chennai and many more.
You can look for more details about other colleges in civil engineering in the below link :

I hope that this will help
