Dear student,
You can get you college admission no. on your ID card and the online student portal of the college or university.
If you don not have the ID or portal service you can ask the college administration for the admission number and the transfer certificate number, you just have to write an application to the college administration telling you problem and the information you want form them and you have all the right to know the details as they are your and college can not deny your request.
For, the joining of first day of college date you can look for it in the college fees receipt (very first one) as the date mentioned there will be the date on which you are enrolled in the college.
Hope you find this helpful!

Hello.
When you take admission in one college you submit your documents such as migration, clc and other such certificates that are necessary when you take admission in any college. So in order to take admission in another college you will need your certificates and for that you have to inform your current college and inform them about you leaving and get all the necessary documents for admission in another college.

Hi aspirant,
Sorry to say but at 51 percentile, it is next to impossible to get a good college even you have an NT-B category. There is very little chance that you can get a decent college too. So, you must consider giving other exams also and try to maximize your score over there to make your place in the top college.
All the best.
