Hello,
Considering the previous year cut off here is the list of institutes in which you may get seat under general category in the preferred branches
With the given percentile you do not have more number of choice to get seat in Government institute in CS or IT. You need to score minimum 96 percentile or above in MHT CET in order to get seat in the preferred branch in Government institute.
Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
These all courses come under computer science branch who at the end belongs to only a single industry. Well cse in ai ml deals with the machinery functions which understands and works like a human. For example robots, atm machine etc. Cse DS deals with the data part which we collects from different sources wheras ISE deals with the software part of any system and CSE deals with both software and hardware part of a system. Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
Hey Akash!
The question you have asked is a bit unclear. It is not clear in what regards or in what reference you are asking the question. If there's a national level exam, then in that case, the cut offs are high for those colleges for which the exam was intended for getting admission in. For example, CLAT exam is held with the primary aim of getting admission in the National Law Universities (NLUs). Other colleges grant admission through CLAT exam scores, their cut offs are lower than the NLUs. It's similar with other national level exams as well. If an exam is for particular University, for instance Delhi University (DU), the cut offs will be released for different DU colleges based on the exam scores. If it's a private college or University, then if the exam is taken for getting admission into that particular institution, the cut offs will be released by that college which will be high, that exam may or may not be applicable for other Colleges and if it's applicable, the cut offs would generally be lesser than the college for which the exam was intended to get students admission in. If you have any queries you may write in the comment section.
