see it would depends on the institute where you are currently studying. college like vellore institute of technology, Lovely professional university has tie up with foreign university, where students may do some program or course from third year or in specific time as per curriculum. however majority of India university has no tie up with foreign university let along nits, iits or any other tier 1 colleges. students completed 4 th year course and those who are interested to study masters course in foreign university appears or prepares for ielts, toefel like examination while they are at final year.

The west bengal joint entrance examination board has released the application form correction window for the pg courses. It was opened on 22nd of april and it was operational till 23rd of april.
The pg admissions are done on basis of the entrance that is presidency university master degree entrance.
For eligiblility there are some cut offs that is required to keep in mind before filling the form so kindly check out the link given below-

For admission in master course need 10th certificate photocopy as a proof then you can also have your original certificat. And the digilocker certificate fully valid when it's use in online application. But you can ask once with your college authority first, if they are satisfied then you can use it. Otherwise you will take a snap and make it scan document of 10th certificate then send it.

-) irrespective of the annual family income one won't be eligible for ews reservation if his /her family owns
a) agricultural land of 5 acres and above
b) Residential area of 1000 sq ft. and above
c) Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities
d) Residential, plot of 200 sq. yards or above 200 sq. yards in the areas which are those other than the notified municipalities.
