There are few institutions who give opportunity to do MS after B.Tech in India. BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Delhi,IIT Madras,IIT Kgp,IIIT Allahabad- these are the institutes. These universities have separated exams for taking admissions. You can check those institutes websites and check the details of entrance exams.

Hey Avinash! This year JEE Mains 2019 cutoff for general category was 89.75 percentile. So according to the percentile you mentioned you have not cleared JEE Mains 2019 cutoff which means you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 there for you won't be able to apply for NITs and IIITs.
