you can pursue msc bioinformatics after bsc in cbz , the eligibilty criteria is to have a degree in any science field. you can go for msc bioinformatics after bsc cbz , some colleges give admission on basis of merit while some also take entrance exam, so you need to prepare for that.
if you do not have a lot of knowledge about computer application too , then also based on your interest in this field you can go for it.
you will get to learn about it while studying , also you can gain some knowledge about computer application from youtube soruces or some short term online courses too.

you are from arts background , but that is not a problem, you can do b.com applications .
most universities and colleges require a minimum eligibilty criteria of 50percent marks in class 12th. few provide admission on basis of entrance test too. while some may ask for additional maths as subject in class 12th for this course.
so, it varies this way.
the nimcet basic elgibilty criteria is that one must be of indian origin. the person must be a graduate in science or IT or CA or technology and engineering. he/she must have secured minimum 60 percent marks in graduation, or a cgpa of 6.5 or above.
you have done bachelors of art , so you are not eligible , bsc,bca, btech , bsc hons students can give the exam.

The Hinduja College of Commerce is affiliated with Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. Admission to the course will be given on the basis of rules of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. The candidates who are taking admission other than Maharashtra Board must produce some migration certificate and transfer certificate from the board. The fees for BCA course is not available as I have searched.
