Construction Management
Dear aspirant....!!
It is generally advisable to go for the full time course i.e. PGP ACM as the distance course does have certain limitations in terms of acceptability. If at all you are located somewhere in or nearby Mumbai, you can also opt for the one year PGP WE (post graduate program for working executives) conducted on weekends in Mumbai.
If u have an experience of around 3 yrs at most and u are not getting enough growth there, leave and join Nicmar pune with ACM.
But if you have more than 3 yrs of experience then based in the following points u can decide upon whether to join for a full time or distance course.
Your current package and post you are holding in your company.
Average package for
Domestic- 5 lpa CTC
Highest it can go up to 10 lpa CTC
International- 12 lpa CTC
Highest it can go upto 18 lpa ctc. Though if you apply from outside u will get more package for ur experience. Rate for nicmar is low compared to individual applicants. Highest package up to 25-30 lpa CTC .
Positions offered by the international companies are site engineer, planning engineer, contracts administration etc for international palacements. Generally companies are from interiors. Seldom do they come from core construction, oil&gas etc.
Positions offered by the domestic companies are site engineer, planning contracts up to the post of assistant manager, management trainee in various profiles like bd, sales, qa/QC, planning contracts etc. Post of associate and consultant from companies like big four and other PMC
Hope your query is solved!
All the best!
