hi,
see to become eligible for admission to b.tech course in Computer science or any others stream of engineering, you must have studied physics, chemistry and mathematics as a mandatory subject. qualifying marks criteria may differ college to college.
since you have interest in computer science I recommend to take admission in BCA course , then you should go for MCA course after completing bca. the work opportunity and technology is similar with CSE and you would get the opportunity to work in computer science domain.
Hey aspirant,
I wouldn't be able to suggest you with which branch you should go for. As,this is a really important decision amongst the students. You should only go with that branch in which you feel you are more comfortable and interested. It's but obvious that you wouldn't want to waste your 4 years of life in studying something in which you are not at all interested.
Now, coming time placement statistics of both the colleges i.e, Andhra university and GVP. So, seeing previous year Placement records of ANDHRA UNIVERSITY the highest package offered till date is 7lpa and the average ranges around 2.5-3.5lpa whereas in GVP the highest package offered till date is 14lpa and the average ranges around 3-5lpa.
So, on the basis of the placement records I would suggest you to go for GVP.
REST ALL DEPENDS UPON YOU!
Hope it helps!
Good luck.
