Hello student. 130 is a really good rank. you have a really good chances of getting computer science with artificial intelligence. for that branch, its a good rank. You did not mention any category. There are multiple categories like tamilnadu category, trichy category etc. If any of those exists, there will be much more higher chances.

see cutoff score and closing rank change every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, seat matrix, students category, questions difficulty level, choice of stream etc. you may know that every not reserve 85% seats for domicile candidates. remaining 15% seats are fills by all India counselling. so considering the all facts it is quite difficult to predict the percentile to get admission in nit. however jee main april session exam has yet to held, once the number of applicants increased this time it would have effect on current score and percentile.

Yeah it is average university to take admission in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology .Placements also Liitle bit low in 2019 compared to other colleges average package is 3.75 LPA .
